Dispute Resolution
A full dispute-resolution practice across the UAE's forums — the DIFC and ADGM common-law courts, arbitration under arbitrateAD, DIAC, ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL, mediation, mainland litigation and debt recovery. Proceedings run in English and Arabic, and a dual UAE–India presence keeps strategy aligned wherever a dispute reaches.
Across every UAE forum.
From the DIFC and ADGM courts to international arbitration, mainland litigation and mediation, each UAE forum carries its own framework and rules. We act across all of them.
DIFC dispute resolution
- DIFC Courts — from the Small Claims Tribunal through to the Court of Appeal.
- Subject matter — complex contractual, commercial, employment, shareholder and regulatory disputes.
- Court-annexed mediation — confidential, business-sensitive resolution within the DIFC framework.
ADGM legal & dispute services
- ADGM Courts — commercial, real estate, banking, employment and regulatory matters.
- Strategic advocacy — informed by current ADGM legislative reforms.
Arbitration
- Institutions — arbitrateAD, DIAC, ICC, LCIA, SIAC and UNCITRAL rules.
- Multi-jurisdiction seats — proceedings seated across jurisdictions, conducted with procedural rigour and evidentiary strength.
- Awards & enforcement — recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards across jurisdictions.
Mainland litigation
- UAE courts — civil, commercial, employment and real estate disputes.
- Enforcement & interim relief — enforcement of arbitral awards and urgent interim measures.
Mediation
- Scope — commercial, family, employment, real estate and cross-border disputes.
- Statutory support — backed by recent mediation reforms in the UAE and India, focused on preserving commercial relationships.
Debt recovery
- Amicable recovery — pre-action demands and negotiated settlement.
- Court action & enforcement — recovery proceedings and enforcement against assets.
When a dispute engages the DIFC, the ADGM, the mainland UAE, the Indian courts and an international arbitration seat at once, a single advisory relationship keeps strategy aligned across all of them — eliminating conflicting positions, duplicated instructions and the communication delays a multi-adviser structure produces. Beyond arbitration and litigation, we also handle expert determination, conciliation and negotiation advocacy.
